PVC Film Process
Film Slitting & Preparation
Large rolls of PVC film (standard codes 691/3330 for classic green) are fed into the Automatic Slitting Machine, cutting them into precise narrow widths tailored to the target needle length.
4-Line Leaf Drawing
The slit PVC strips and galvanized iron wires are fed simultaneously into the 4-Line Leaf Drawing Machine. High-speed rotation twists the film between wires, creating continuous "brush-like" foliage.
Automatic Cutting
The continuous output is fed into the Auto-Cutter, chopping the foliage into standard lengths (approx. 20cm) ready for bundling.
PE Injection Process
Granule Preparation
We start with premium PE Granules and pre-made artificial pine needles. Unlike PVC cutting, this process begins with melting raw pellets for 3D molding.
Robotic Injection Molding
Robotic Arms precisely place pine needles into molds. The machine injects molten PE, which is water-cooled to form solid, 3D branches that perfectly mimic nature's irregular shapes.
Yellow-Core Painting
Robotic arms transfer the molded branches to the Yellow-Core Painting Machine. A brownish-yellow gradient is sprayed onto the stem ("bone"), adding a hyper-realistic woody texture.
The Convergence
PHASE 2: ASSEMBLY & FINISHING
Branch Bundling
Workers use Tying Machines to bind individual PVC or PE tips into full, dense branch structures.
Trunk Integration
Branches are inserted into the trunk's Hanging Rings or slots, creating the tree's tiered shape.
Base Installation
Metal or reinforced plastic bases are attached and tested for stability.
Snow Flocking
Optional passage through the Flocking Machine to apply fire-retardant artificial snow.
